Instagram could be really frustrating if you don't have followers or rather "The right kind of followers." After struggling to give the pose of life, you'll be getting 15, 45 likes.....believe me, i know exactly what it feels like.
There are alot of fake websites that carry the "Get free followers" tag, most of these website only want people to come to their site thereby getting traffic. The real type of websites are few, I'll refer you to one at the end of this post.

You can follow a tonne of people and they'll follow back if you have good pictures and a good profile. (Dont goan unfollow them again o, they might catch you)
Be active. Active people often have tonnes of followers and likes on instagram. So try and always like other people's stuff.
Maintain the right filters: customise your page by maintaining a particular filter. This will give your page an appealing appearance and BOOM, they'll follow you. (Even Kim Kardashian does this)
